Garrett earned his BSBA from Colorado State University with a concentration in Real Estate and a MS in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.Ĭeleste Tanner is the co-founder and President of Confluent Commercial. He brings his diverse background in different facets of the real estate industry to his role at Confluent. He also previously worked as a financial analyst for both the Amstar Group and the Broe Group, managing office, industrial, multi-family and hospitality product nationally at Amstar and focusing on value-add office acquisitions and the asset management of the office and industrial portfolio at Broe. Prior to moving into the asset management role, he was a commercial broker at Shames Makovsky focused on office tenant representation and investment sales. Before joining Confluent, Garrett was an asset manager at Shames Makovsky, where he was responsible for underwriting mezzanine loans, acquisitions, asset management and financial reporting for the company portfolio. Garrett has more than ten years of institutional and private equity asset management and acquisition experience. Garrett Fugier is a Development Manager working with the mixed-use and multi-family development team at Confluent Development. Prior to working in real estate, David gained experience in financial modeling and dynamic reporting in big data.ĭavid received his Bachelor’s of Finance from Grand Valley State University and currently holds a CFA Level 1 certification. While working on the operations team, David oversaw the asset management of communities and led the team’s efforts for development consulting in the senior living space. In addition, David’s experience includes working for a Denver based senior living operator, Cappella Living Solutions. During his time there, David was a part of team that launched a senior living platform and development team to assist in the completion of multiple assisted living and memory support projects. His real estate experience began in West Michigan. In addition, David works closely with the senior living team to ensure a smooth development process from start to finish.
He works alongside operators to identify sites in new and existing markets. David Meyering is a Senior Development Associate of the Senior Housing development team at Confluent.
